FAQ – Returns
How long do I have to make my return?
- Items must be unused and in resalable condition – Including original packaging and with all the tags intact
- Must be returned within 14 days of purchase
What if my item is damaged?
- If the purchased item is damaged or faulty, reach out to us immediate at info@shopsleepyducks.com within three (3) days of the delivery date.
- Please always inspect your order before removing tags, washing or using to assist with resolution.
Can I exchange my item?
- If you would like to exchange your item for another size, please place a new order and go through our return center to process your exchange.
- Once we receive the return, we will issue you a gift card.
I want a full refund – what are my options?

How do I ship my item back?
All returns go through our return portal. Please submit your request through our portal and follow the instructions by logging in with your email provided at the time of checkout OR your order number.
You will be promoted to complete the following steps necessary to complete your return. Once your request is complete, you will receive notification of approval or denial for your return.
All items are processed with a gift card back to you.
How soon can I expect my refund?
Once your returned item is received and verified, you will be notified via email if any additional requests are needed. You will also be informed if your item is approved or denied immediately through our return’s portal.
If approved, the store credit request will be processed immediately after your items are received.
You will then receive a gift card to your email when the process if finalized.
